When I turned 60, I made a decision:

After years of putting everyone else first, it was finally my turn.

The wear and tear — physically and emotionally — had caught up with me. I knew I didn’t want to just “get by.” I wanted to feel strong. Clear. Like myself again.

So I started choosing me.

I focused on natural, supportive, non-invasive ways to care for my body and reconnect with my inner voice. What I discovered changed everything — not just how I felt, but how I showed up in my life.

Now I walk alongside women over 60 who are ready to reclaim their energy, their voice, and their next chapter.
